Our Policy
If you must cancel you appointment we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice. When booking you agree to the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.
Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment time or failure to attend clinic will result in request for 100% of the treatment cost.
Cancellation charges will be sent via payment link unless card capture has been taken during online booking. If card capture has been taken this payment will be automatically charged.
This applies to all YoungFit locations.
